Nothing is too hard for God

Our minds tend to see our problems as big or small. Even when we pray for the sick, we say things like, "You have a headache? No problem. Let's pray for your healing." But when it is cancer, we say, "Oh, lets tell the senior pastor about it. It would be better if he prayed for you." We think of headaches as small problems and cancers as big ones.

But this is not the way God thinks. There is nothing too hard for Him who made the heavens and the earth! With God, there is no such thing as a "big" problem. In fact, the "bigger" the problem, the "easier" it is for Him! In the feeding of the 5000, it took only 5 loaves to feed the multitude. (Matthew 14:15-21) But in the feeding of the smaller multitude of 4000, it took seven loaves. (Matthew 15:32-38)

In man's scheme of things, it should take more loaves to feed more people. But this is not so with God. It took fewer to feed more people. This is God's way of telling us that the "bigger" the problem, the "easier" it is for Him. I am not saying that small problems are hard for God. But it is so encouraging to think that it is "easier" for God to heal cancers than headaches!

Imagining coming to God with a big problem. "So, what is your problem, son?" God asks. You say. "Father, it is a huge financial debt-not thousands but millions!" He says. "Easy. It is already cancelled."

In another scenario, God asks, "So, what is your problem, son?" You say, "Father, I have lost my job and i cant find a new one. I am already in my fifties and i dont have the necessary qualifications." He says,"No problem. Consider yourself employed. And in this new job, you won't just have a job, you will have a position."

Beloved, with God, it is never a problem because there is nothing too hard for Him!

SCHOOL'S OFFICIALLY STARTING THIS SATURDAY!

Im so excited about school! The one thing that i know is i can do NOTHING on my own! But sometimes what's happening to you right now is so bad and depressing that you've totally forgotten about Jesus' finished work? Yes this always happened to me (: Its like "how to pray?! what should i ask from God? is he really listening to me?" Thank God for pastor prince and pastor mark! haha!! I've been so blessed in the chinese ministry, and everything is only going more smoothly and increasing great! Amen! And i wanna go for mission trips! Sounds fun, looks fun, but classes are gonna be on for 4yrs! omg.

Oh and i wanna learn piano because of the song "Lord of all my days!" Omg i just fell in love with the song and i can listen to it repeatedly for the whole day! hee.

Anyways, im on 3 days leave! Finally!! After much effort fighting for it, finally a leave before the greater journey begins! (; Previously, i mentioned about the high chance of getting into micro lab, but its all a dream.. They needed a "guy" who can carry things and stuff. WHO SAY GIRLS ARE WEAK! @#$%^&*())(*&^%$ hmph! nvm (: But good news came straight after the bad one! All things against me shall not prosper, but be in favor for me! And this good news have always been what i wanted ever since i joined kkh.

Apart from work.. I love serving as a projectionist! But i hope i could join the performing arts ministry!! Hee. But feel so weird joining alone! OH! I have one small blueblack on my leg! I miss having blueblack all over my hands and legs! Think most of them were caused by ms joanna (: haha! And i miss being tortured by coach and karen! All the pt that will leave my whole body aching the next day, and feel like skipping class! Haha!!

OHYA! Bugis Ah Chew dessert's mango sago isnt that fantastic anymore! Mummy and i were so disappointed that we've decided to make our own mango sago + pomelo! ((: Its so nice! Coz i can add as much mango i want and no extra charge! HAHAHA!!!

whoa! This afternoon was such an emotion filled day haha!! The chef med tech wanted to speak to me, and i thought its good news from the micro lab. But im wrong. Its just like someone lifted your spirits so high up, every one is congratulating and expecting you to get it. But the result is...

HOWEVER!! God is good allll the time! He truly knows what i want, and He gave that to me (: Extremely bright rainbow and sun shines on me!
Anything and everything against me never had the chance to build their weapon against me, instead they are all turned to favour me. Its just so wonderful how God work His wonders!

Can't believe im starting school in november! Was actually hoping to start earlier before the "study feel" goes away haha. But i wanna go for a break before everything begins! Managed to get an interview from the microbiology lab recently and it went really well despite being only informed of the interview on the very day itself! Hee. I placed all my hopes on Lord. Really ALL man! i dare not think about it, i just, get happy over it! HAHA!! I know that every step that im gonna take is gonna be smooth and so much better and greater then the previous!

Oh! and there's this new guy. Thou he's not the same department as im, but.... i don like his face! Like... OMG!! pui! Give me goosebumps when i see him! hee heeeee. ;p

Firstly, they calculated the total amount to pay wrongly. It should be $980 but they calculated as $9800. x10times the amount, how smart. Then, they didn't want to accept my cheque!
Stupid cranky lady that caused all this unhappiness! Not as if she's the banker thats gonna process my cheque!! One look and she says: no cannot accept, HSBC will bounce the cheque. ASSHOLE! Think their eyes got big problem! I can't understand which part or which line of the word FIFTY doesn't look like FIFTY! And they don't understand that WE will be the one bearing the consequence IF the cheque bounces, not HER! hmph!!!!!!!!!! AND I SAY THAT THE CHEQUE WILL NOT BOUNCE! BECAUSE I SAY SO IN JESUS'S NAME!! IT WILL BE ACCEPTED! ;b

Anyways, school will only be starting in november since we're exempted for the first module, and yet we can't take other modules.. which is like.. waste of time. BUT! This means i can go for holiday! heee... My life seemed to have been planned for the next 4 years or so. My financial targets, results, work and not forgetting samu! My body's aching after the light light light training yesterday! Omg.. this shows that i've not been training for SO long! And i bet i can't run for nuts, with the team again. But! It's fun!! Hee.. Didn't work on friday because of the damn irritating gastric pain that haunted me the whole night, UNTIL NOW! I just don't understand why some people don get gastric pain when they skip their meals or eat at irregular timings! I think i just ate one hour late for lunch, and it's irritating me for the past 3days! !@#$%^&*()(&^%$#@
And on saturday, while i was getting ready and searching my labcoat, i couldn't find claudia's labcoat. Then i suddenly remembered that she's not here anymore. Hee that's so sad. And on the same day when i was writing my attendance on the list, i realised that her name is being slashed off. ):

And... EVERYONE is asking how am i doing now? How's my job? Are you going for any other interviews? Are you finding any other jobs? What do you plan to do? I'm seriously depressed when they ask that and i really can't wait to leave that place! *unless i become a med tech there hee* I do not know how to answer when i'm questioned.. Its not what i want to do, at all. I dread going to work. Yes i mean it. How i wish i could fall sick and take 10 days mc!!

Anyways, sad things a side!

It's our first year together! And we went to sentosa to have a good tan! Hee.. Did several toe touches for the sake of taking photos, until my thighs ache for the next two days! And!! We've finally met up after soooooo long! Lynn and mx!! How i wish we were still studying, in the same class, going for breaks tgt and EVERYTHING!! I want to go back for training. But.. Its kind of aimless training so hard. No team, no cheerobics, no performance, no aim, no goals, no nothing. Can i stay back one year in rp? So that i can join you guys again? HAHA!! But you know what? I would rather go for trainings, be home late and be tired during work. Rather then work, work, go home, grow fat, work, go home, grow fat... such a boring life!

Hmm..
I think, i've been drawing myself further away from Christ. But He never fails to lift me up when i'm all alone and no one's there to lean on and cry. His words are so assuring and faithful. Everytime i open the daily devotional, He ALWAYS speaks into my heart. His love NEVER fails. And when i prayed in tongue in the middle of the night when i could do absolutely nothing to ease my gastric pain, i just cried. Because i felt that He's always there for me, and He understands how i feel! Hee.

And when he was questioned about the history of segamat durian, he talked about how fishes popped out of the muddy road. see... he should just shut up and let us entertain ourselves ((: hee..

Every morning, i'll dragggg myself to work! Omg. The first thing i'll think of every morning will be: when will i be able to submit my resignation letter and leave this place for good?! Actually, i really looked forward to the job at japan green. But i knew tt i would cry and all when i know tt you've got it. That's why i said to you to take the job offer, coz we will not be able to work together in the same place forever. But! Sad stories aside, im fine now! (: Lets look forward to studying together again! Hee.. and don be angry if i happen ask your pig head about school work uh!

Church? I'm kinda afraid to serve actually. Thought of giving up.. coz of my inability of understanding hokkien, kind of feel that i am a burden to the team. I TELL YOU! Being a projectionist is not an easy task man! Its freezing cold there, super hungry from morning to afternoon, have to be super duper attentive and fast, listen until feel so sleepy but cant sleep *heeee*.. but i've made an improvement! *hoho*, thou i still don get what pastor's saying sometimes. Like every one is laughing but im not, coz i don understand! -__-... Well! spending time for and with Jesus will only harvest me a so much more goodness! So why not? hahah! And i need a new bag! Coz i've been hardworkingly bringing both of Pastor's book! So i deserve a new bag right? HEEE..

Okies no no no i know. Coz i've just bought new pants, top, phone, shoe and accessories! And the applicantion fee for PSB! OMG.. In Jesus' name, IM PROSPEROUS! AMEN!! Anyway... YES I REALLY FEEL LIKE GOING BACK TO STUDY! HAHA!! There's no such thing as school holiday, youth day, or whatever! Instead, school holidays only means lesser patients.. thats all. Oh! And i feel really blessed! TWICE!! I've only got 2 finger-prick patients to take from the wards, when others have 10 plus plus! OH! I've just had my baptism on last sunday! hee.. with my sister! Which was totally cool! Haha!! The funny thing was we had to dip our head into the pool after the pastor's anoiting, and yes i dipped. Hahah but i came out of the water, my eyes cant open for about 5 seconds! And every one waited in silence for me to wipe off the water, blink blink, and realized that every one was looking at me! And the Pastor had already got his hands ready to congratulate me! hohooo.

The walk to school was long. So familiar but strange, and so quiet despite the crowd. Everybody just look so unfamiliar, while i felt like a stranger. How i wish i am still studying! The only 'stress' was ut and daily presentations, totally different from what i've got myself in now. The feeling while walking back is totally different! The only thing i felt was fear (:

THUS! tt explains why i cant go gym, shop, play and all! cant attend so so so many things, and i feel kind of left out hahah. Like my presence or absence does not make any difference, not a least significant. Its different.

Im so so so excited for my bro's wedding! coz i've just bought a damn expensive dress on my own! Now i know how my mummy and sis feel the pinch when they buy things for meee! hahah. Now i've gotta save money and wait for my next pay before i can splurge! hee..

Rexaz really really did gave me an unforgettable experience in cheerobics this year. It was fantastic x infinite! Felt like we could just go back there and do it again and again and again!! Its 5.49pm, 3/2/2009, Monday! And im at home right now. Feel so weird coz im supposed to be in school preparing to run 2.4! Just came back from the tampines physician and he did not take any money from me coz he said im fine -_- hahah. He said drink more barley water (as it helps to prevent water retention swelling), put anti-inflammation lotion and wait for a week and it'll heal on its own.

Yesterday was my first day serving! Whoa! its.. nerve-racking but so fun! Had to reach church at 7.45am! And she taught us how to lay the cables and set up the stuffs. She walked so damn fast, and i limped here limped there connecting this and that, trying my best to catch up with her half the time hehh. And finally, we settled down on our table to start up and rehearse. Pastor wants to add verses, and there was lots of stuff interrupting and one thing i don understand! When she could not project the computer screen, she say have to restart the com, but! Why don just click "fn" and "F10"? hahah! I asked the new guy to press and i controlled the remote, and it projected! LOL!! Then she came back and ask, why have uh? Then we said its magic haha! okies.... random. And she asked me to project the verses during the hokkien service! WA! its like.. siao liao.. i don understand hokkien! But she said its okie, just try.
And guess what. I din even realized when Pastor asked for the verse! heee... Not to worry! She's with me! so she ended up doing up all of them hahah! Please speak to me in hokkien more often! teach me 1 to 100! more and more to come! i love spending my time for Jesus! ((;

Its march! 2 and a half more weeks to cheerobics.
OH! I MUST SAY THIS!!:
On the night when i sprained my ankle, i took cab home (crying 3/4 the time on the phone hee). And when i reach my block, i was so happy coz i finally reached! BUT!! the lift was down! wa!!!! its like.. @#$%^&*()@#$%^&*(@#$%^&*.... and i climbed up to 11th storey with the super swollen ankle and crying the whole time hahaha! its kind of funny thinking back LOL! i wonder how you've actually tolerate me the whole time when i was crying! hehh..

Im starting work on the 9th! ((;
Signed the form and completed the medical checkup today and guess what. Sas called me for an interview for tda! I've been waiting long long long, ever since the last day of school, but they called only right after i signed the kk form!!!! @#$%^&* The pay's better, its in school (so i can head straight down for trng after work!), i can eat ban mian everyday still! And i can slack like nobody's business! Right sa mu? ;p hee.. But my darling's waiting at kk! hahahah! Thats what made the difference (: If not, i would have agreed to the interview and give some stupid excuses LOL! So visit me at kk if you happened to drop by for visiting, checkup or even giving birth!! Haha! hee..

And! Cheryl.. my blueblack is out! After consistent vigorous rubbing, the blueblack is finally out! HAHAH! YAY!! Its so big. Occupied half the size of my wrist. Looks like i've got abused my someoneee. hehh..

I dreamt tt coach made us train our single ex by making us do weightlifting. The weight was supppppperrrr long on one side and extremely short on the other! And i still remb we had to do sets hahaha! Then! We had to sit on a chair, a distant away from the wall, with a hose and spray the wall. Heeeee.. i knw its super out of point haha!

I think these few days are not-so-fabulous but yet so-so-fabulous! hahahaha i've no idea what im talking bout too.. but you'll understand if you do ;p and im soo glad i've gotten myself an interview without the help of the agency! = no need to pay them commission! YAY!! And i think that 'destined to reign' is a real real real good book. Both versions (devotional and the original) are like.... the golden book to understanding God's love in such simple and direct language and explanations! Really loveeeeee tt book. ((; inexplicable.

My mum went china hainan this morn for mission trip! and her job is simple -- give angpaos! hahah! how i wish i can go too! and im at home washing clothes and sending resumes. and i think tt jobscentral is a good place to look for jobs hahah! i've been wondering so much this year - why is the whole world celebrating christmas when they do not know the real reason behind it? If i were asked "what is christmas?" years back, i think i'll say "presents and presents!". Yes, its a time of giving, but what is it that really matters in this joy of giving? Presents??

I was found by this person 1 year back. He's so wonderful, so mighty, so faithful. He saved me, washed away all my sins, past, present and future, with His precious blood when He died on the cross. Because of Him, Daddy God sees me perfect and sinless, and not in wrath. He is so magnificent. I wouldn't have such blessed live without Him and i love Him. His name is Jesus Christ! I hope every single one knows Him! Not just knowing "oh yes! i know Him.", but in the way that i did (;

went singapore flyer yesterday!
hee.. got a free ticket from my uncle so lets go! hahaha!
we were kind of kuku to walk all the way from esplanade to the flyer and its like 2 to 3 bus stop of walking and was venting my anger the whole journey, so its considered just nice a timing?! haha! and i've always wanted to try popeyes! so happily went to order and.... i still think kfc's much much better!!!!!! the chicken and fish isnt nice, the muffin isnt nice, the fries is... okayssssss... hahaha! he thinks so too.. so yea.. we'll nv eat popeyes again! :p

after which we toured the whole building while waiting for the ride..
got boreddd and started buying fish food and fed the fishes! hee./
and we found real christmas tree outside!!!!!!
whoaaaa! first time seeing real christmas treee! HAHAHAH! and theres sooo many of them! at first i din believe its real when he said. then he asked me to smell and pluck the leaves haha! and its real! heee.. sounds so sua ku hahah! ohwell.. its rare to see one real one!
then here we go for the ride! its... kind of slow and not-so-exciting.. hhahaha! when we reached the maximum altitude, our first reaction were - huh.. reached alr? haha! yeap.. not as fun as we've expected..

oh and before the flyer, we went running at bishan park! okies, more like running, jogging and walking haha! my upper body's aching so badly! until now, its still aching! theres training later on, my beloved is at malaysia ;( cant wait for more more more more stunts! heee!

ohwells, tried making candied orange peel cookies on wed and it taste kind of weird to me! but my mum n dad loves it.. they always love the cookies i bake.. coz its baked by me! so nice or not nice also will say nice HAHAHHAH!

but i took like.. 3 hours making the candied orange peels and another 3 hours for the cookies! and end up quarreling with him at the end of the day LOL!

Decisions might be made, but i still look forward to miracles! And yeap, its my last year, and i’ll make sure that i make the best out of it! Im not gonna leave with an empty and regretful ending. I know very well that its a 101% that i’ll regret if i don’t do it. After so much endurance both mentally and physically for the last 2 plus yrs, i know i cant bear to leave like this. Its not the end yet. I want so so much more! But i know, i’ve experienced it. Passion just dies off like that. Motivation just fades away so quickly that you’ll not even realize. But.. its how much effort you put in to find it back. People around you might not know about it, and its up to you to make decisions in finding your way back. How much effort are you willing to put in to find it back? Have you make sure that you really cant find it? How sure are you that you will not regret? I’ve found mine back. And i earnestly pray that every single one of you have yours!

Looking back.. though its a responsibility, but i love holding this role!

the pier!

i've nv gone to that place before till yest, and the place is literally for richies! serious. bars and restaurants are just below the houses! think its like the 'coffeeshop' to them but whoa! they must be seriously rich man hah! im too! amen! LOL!
and they are not a least arrogant! we were at the ___ bridge which is so cute that it looks like a fake one, and we were trying to take photos! then! this indian uncle walked pass and say come i'll take one for you ha! okies.. awkward. *after 5 mins -- a (handsome) caucasian walked pass and he turned back and asked - i could help you with the camera! haha! see! so damn friendly la..

oh and we had lunch cum dinner at this arabian restaurant and the name of the dishes are all @#$%^&*.. totally have no idea how to pronounce them hahaha! but the tiramisu was DAMN NICEEEE! k kind of sua ku but its my first time eating tiramisu! LOL! don laugh at me k (: and the dishes so country side style, nice!

but its terrible! knowing that theres only a few hours to spare, every minute seems to be flying off so damn quickly! and i realised that all we do is have dinner tgt. thats it. how sad. TIME WHERE ARE YOU!

and today, we went pass some rich country club while we were on the way to church. and we some how touched on the topic of the membership of the club. and that some of the richies pay few hundred thousands to become a member just to go there to read newspaper, talk and play golf. luxurious life!

ever since the start of g301, i've been hating chocolate since then! i used to love chocolates like nobody's business! seriously! haha! that explains why there's a pig in me (: but yea! praise the Lord! kicking this bad habit of gorging on chocolates! and yeap.. not chocolate alone.. used to like junk food and all and would feel so weird not eating them! but now... they're like... JUNK food! hahah! don really give a damn to them and yeap.. i have to totoally agree with pastor prince's saying that its not about our love for God, but His love for us! i admit that i'll sometimes forget or even doubt about all these.. how foolish of me to ever think of all these!

everything has been draining my energy recently.
i seem to be uber tired every single day and can even feel damn sleepy when melting choco. i can fall asleep in five seconds with my eyes closed. thats how tired im.
this and that and that seems don seems to be good at all. everything.

just came back from bishan park's dog run area!
we were the first to reach there and after that there was this caucasian family came with their dog, which is like.. 3x of sheppi's size? and the little girl asked: is your dog friendly? LOL! i think we should be the one askin rite.. but yea sheppi din cared how big size she was and tried to chase her around, as usual. until! she got pissed off with him and started chasing him ha! AND! he got attacked by a jack russell! i realised smth! the smaller size the dog, the fiercer they are! HAHHA!

AND AND! people are going gaga bout soccer but its tennis for me! LOL!
